The curved razors are interesting along with the round razor. Granted they're womens pieces but interesting to see with the rest of the collection.
The Griffon with the tin is a straight blade razor. Dated 1896 on the back. The tin has a brass plate that holds the blade and an insert for the end of the handle so you can Hone/strop the blade in a traditional way.
And sitting there is a curved, rigid W&B curved DE blade. Stamped Wade & Butcher with the arrow and cross logo. Never saw one before.
I saw a tin go for $115 on line. And I saw a tin, the razor but in a box go for $795. Wow..... I paid $20 for my stuff.
Forgot these pics too of the sets and some of my Ivories.
This is great, now I can show this to my wife and let her know that my stuff is barely a fraction of your collection and I don't have too many shaving items! This is an amazing collection!
