I understand there are two different Palmolive creams, one regular and one mentholated. Does the regular cream smell like the shave stick? I really like the scent of the shave stick, I just can't rub it all over my face without some irritation. I have a stick now that I grated into a bowl, but it's kind of a PITA to do that. If the cream smells the same, I want to give it a try.

How about the mentholated? Does it smell the same, but mentholated?

Thanks Gents!

They are nothing alike.
While I think the stick smells great, the cream is really a blast from the past, but not a nice one like Clubman or Tabac.
That was the first product my wife said ''are you really going to use it again?'' ... the answer was ''nope'.

Sorry, I haven't used the cream, but I see no reason to fret over using a grated stick... if it works for you, continue doing it.
(Not sure what PITA means)

All three smell different
Personally I dislike the scent of the stick - cologne like
The regular is more barbershoppy or brylcreem- decent but not a favorite
Menthol smells like mint toothpaste - a muted scent, but the cream has lots of menthol
