Admittedly I didn't cook this but I had to share. A bacon, egg and cheese on a donut from Union Square Donuts in Somerville, MA. I would highly recommend it... Then a long workout / trip to the Cartiologist. [Image: eca4189b3e854c1ee97b91edb082ea0a.jpg]

Chili in on the menu tonight. It still has about 45 minutes to go.

The chili looks great Phil.  Any beans in it, or is it an all meat chili?

For us it was oven roasted pork shoulder tonight.  First you eat the crispy skin, which breaks right off and is delicious.  You then cut through the layer of fat under the skin to get to the tender pork below.

Looks great Ricardo. Yes, the chili had three different kinds of beans in it; Pinto, kidney and cannellini

Facepalm   I'm terrible about taking pix, so the minds eye will need to do Phil. Actually I miswrote, they were ground brisket burgers. Still good and maybe 80% lean which is about optimal IMO. I almost never cook enough for just one meal unless we have guests to help us. We have 6 more cooked burgers in the refrigerator for fast future meals.
