As I was pawing through my old blog from going to Africa, I found something else I wanted to share with y'all:

Introducing, straight from the Yei Team Site and into the hearts of a Norwegian UNMO and several others in camp; Miss Africa Cat!

I watched her grow up from a cuddly kitten to a just as cuddly teenager... to the best of my knowledge, she is still the team site mascot.

That was great, Hans. She is a real "people" cat. Smile

Lill AC was very friendly and cuddly... once she grasped that at least some people wasn't mean. Lets just say that the locals tended to see strays as pests - and often for good reasons.

Since I am highly allergic to cats and the fact that they chit in my sandbox and killed my racing pigeons when I was a kid, I am not a big fan of cats.

I did like the video and loved the background music.

Speaking as a fellow allergic (hooray for Zyrtek), I wasn't a big fan of cats myself before I got married... but it's hard not to melt for a tiny bundle who just wants some love, attention and to be out of the rain now and then (I fist meet Miss Ac in the wet season, which is very wet indeed).
