We are having a terrible heat wave here in Prague.
33c/92f with 94% humidity.
Did I mention that the trams are packed, not air conditioned and people are fine with the windows closed? Also, I think many people read the "72hours protection" on the deodorant sticks and got the wrong idea...

My Proraso green tub arrived a few days ago and just in time.
Heck, I even lather my face in the evenings before I go to sleep without shaving.

I love this stuff. It is one of those staples that one should never be without a spare (so I just ordered another one, and TFS and LPL while I was at it....).

I agree I was doing this during summer. In Australia we get over 40 degrees quite regularly. So refreshing!

Oy vay, here in Montreal we haven't had even one week straight of 30 celsius. It's coming, I believe!

Try any one of the Glacial soaps from The Stirling Soap Company. They are much colder than Proraso Green.

It's cold for sure but I just couldn't get past the terrible smell. Proraso wins this one for me hands down!

The wintergreen soap is way cold and smells fantastic, it doesn't lather anywhere near as easy as Proraso. It's a decent soap though. I wonder why there aren't more wintergreen scented soaps? It's a no brainer for a menthol soap.

If only I could use Proraso Green without having an allergic reaction. But luckily there are plenty of other mentholated creams and soaps I can use. If you like Proraso, you'll love Stirling Glacial.

If you love using menthol soap to cool off you might try Osage Rub aftershave lotion. You can rub a nice splash on your face head and chest for a nice menthol cooldown. Much easier than lathering up and its great stuff. I have a quart or so on hand for the summer. I relly love the stuff. Heart

have you ever tried godrej menthol mist shaving cream. i am using this cream here in India ( temp : 45 celsius ) it's a very good cream in terms of performance, but what's make this cream outstanding is the menthol kick it provides for hours. it's just freezing coooooool.

I've been reaching for my Proraso in the green tub quite often. That followed up with a menthol AS is heaven! I've also got a bottle of Osage Rub on its way!

Mmmm. I just swapped to a 1/2 finished tube of Proraso Green. It was my first shaving product out of 40+ now.

After a year of using all soaps, it's nice swapping to a cream... especially one with menthol!

It's strange because my Wintergreen soap lathers so easily and fast. I guess it depends on the batch it comes from. Smile

+1. Try Stirling Glacial if you want your face feeling like a freezer. Let it sit for a couple of minutes on your skin after a shave as well..
