hey guys ! i have a T & H luxury soap with bowl. i have tried almost every method to produce a usable lather out of it but all my efforts went futile.
is superlathering can be a solution ? ( i mean using the slickness of the soap and cushion of the cream ) second thing, i love that bowl and want to keep it. which brand puck fits into it ? of course that should be a good performer. thanx for your suggessions in advance.

I had the same issues with my T&H Luxury shave soap. The damn thing was impossible to lather.
Superlathering can indeed be a solution, but with so many good soaps out there, I simply didn't care for it.

I squeezed an Art of Shaving shave soap (the old tallow soaps made by Valobra) into the T&H bowl and it was a perfect fit. A C&E soap, like Sienna or Nomad, will also fit nicely.

D.R. Harris and TOBS shave soaps have slightly different dimensions and will not fit nicely, unless you grate them or so.

I'm sorry to hear that. T&H Luxury used to be a good soap.
