I hope this is not against the rules but I just have to post this on forums I'm active on.

Semogue is my favorite brand of brushes and recently I had a problem with one of their brushes (completely my fault not to be mistaken). After contacting Semogue they were very nice and more than helpful (certainly more than one would expect)! So today when I received the brush I decided to post this short thank you post I think they really deserve!

Badger Excellent work Semogue! Badger

Not against any rules at all. Semogue makes very nice brushes.

I am going to move this from the general section to the brush section.

Don't sell Semogue short. They also have some great badger brushes! Biggrin

In fact, I just used my SOC 2-Band this morning.

They do indeed, the current 2-band hair is amazing, and the Selected Silvertip is one of the softest Silvertips around!

Another Semogue Fan here. I have 5 semogue brushes. Which of the 2 band and 3 band silvertips do you have ? Are they scritchy or scrubby ?

I have the SOC 2-Band with the older batch, and the Semogue Horn and Semogue BC with the new batch, and while the hair on the SOC brush is quite good, this more recent batch of hair is considerably softer and equally firm IMO. No scritch whatsoever, and I'd say there's not a lot of scrub either, just a bit so you can actually feel the hair on the face.

Oh yeah, Semogue makes some excellent brushes. And yes, their customer care is top notch. Once I had a problem with my 830, and after contacting the vendor, it was replaced by Semogue.

In two cases Semogue (via Mr Juan of GiftsandCare) show respect for me as a simple customer.
I appreciate that a lot.
