I would look into the Weber or Above The Tie R series, both of these give me very close shaves without being overly aggressive. The Ikons that I have used (Slant, Deluxe Open Comb and Shavecraft 101) didn't seem on par. The 101 didn't shave as close as the aforementioned razors and the Deluxe and Slant weren't as smooth. The only way to truly know is to test them all out yourself of course.

Dave has great advice on the Weber. My ATT R plate was a little aggressive on my neck, but outstanding on my face. I used it on my head and it was the best there - too bad my wifemate doesn't like a shaved head...lol

If you buy an R Series from ATT and don't like it, Stan will exchange it for the M plate. You really can't go wrong that way. My ATT M is a great shaver for days when I want an all steel head.

Another great and very comparable razor is the Edwin Jagger DE89. It is my daily driver and the razor I reach for the most, though it is not a stainless model, so tossing it in for comparison only.

Good luck!

Weber PH, most definitely! Nothing compares to its value, really. Good luck.

Get a pils 104NL. The other stainless steel razors that I've tried pale in comparizon to the pils in design, precision of the machining and overall quality.

PM me.

I've done it for other folks.

Basically you'll have it shipped to me, I'll forward it to you after you place in my paypal acct the funds to ship it. I'll email the relevant USPS documents (receipt and stamped customs form) to you to show that it shipped. That's the best anyone can do. I doubt insurance will work, and tracking definitely won't work. So after it leaves my hands it's on it's own. I can guarantee shipment and proof of shipment. I can't guarantee delivery; that would be between you and the Indian postal system.

I'll put on the customs form what you want me to if specific wording will speed it on it's way, That is, as long as it isn't wildly misrepresentative of the item. Sometimes wording makes a huge difference.

Again, PM me. Shipping worldwide is no big deal. It just takes money.

Why go to all this trouble for a Stainless razor....just pick up a Cadet TTO or such and you are set....stainless does in no way shave better than any thing else...even if the razors don,t last 10 years you can buy 5 to 10 of the cheaper ones and be set for life.Just don,t get it.....but each to their own I guess.

Nice offer Brian. I just shipped a brush to India and doing the shipping online with the USPS is about as easy as it gets and provides you with online tracking. Good luck, it's a great razor and a very nice offer.
