Greetings!

I see these blades on the bay and they seem interesting, but at $32 for 120 they seem a bit on the higher price. Has anyone heard of these blades or use them?

I use and like the blades. They are thin so the flex allot. I don't use them in my R41 but the work great in my Futur and my ATT R plate. They are sharp a step below feathers and the sharp Russian blades.

Some of the vendors carry these blades in smaller amounts so you try them before making a big purchase. The best move I made in shaving was ordering a sampler pack of blades.

caballero, there's a thread on Gillette Super Thin, with a bunch of comments.

I found it with a "search"

Thank you Mike! I'mjust getting started on this site thread so I didn't find any info at first, I shall get better with my searching skills.

I had one that came with my Gillette Super Click. It did a good enough job, was comfortable.

Being thin and presumably a bit more flexing than regular blades, I have to wonder how they work in a slant?

As "KethMax" stated they do tend to flex a lot......... but pair this with either of these Razor's i.e. either a Merkur Futur or a Merkur 43C they work great.

One of my favorite blades. Made in several different countries in the Far East.

Coming from you, I take it that they work well in slants Tongue

Is there any difference between "Platinum" and "New improved stainless" - other than one being stainless that is?
