Dear sirs,
The towels i use consantly change colours. i dont know the problem.

My setup is occitane cade rich cream with simpson badgers also i use verdon moisturizer and face wash.

after shave i dry my brush first on towel.

1. Can badger brush (cleaned with vinegar and detergent) cause this?
2. Can potassium hydroxide on the cream cause this?
3. Can face wash cause this?

Or any other ideas?

Thank you[Image: ve3ezegy.jpg][Image: yde4yne9.jpg]

I don't think these stains/spots are the result of shaving related items.
What type of laundry detergent and/or machine is being used?

I haven't seen anything like that, but I haven't tried the products you are using. Good luck finding the issue.

It looks like color loss caused by bleach. Did you recently clean your bathroom sink area with a bleach based cleanser?

As above, I have had thus happen at home, caused by spilling bleach when cleaning

The blue towel in your picture looks exactly like my wife's face cloth. She said it's from salicylic acid in her face wash.

This is what I was going to suggest as well. Check the ingredients on the face wash

When I was a teen, our towels looked like that due to benzoyl peroxide bleaching them.

My son's towels look like that. Face Wash is the issue.

Even white towels will discolour and turn a nice shade of yellow

I had the exact problem with a couple shirt collars. Not sure what caused it.

I use white bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths. When they lose their brightness.... http://mrsstewart.com/purpose-of-bluing/
