Morris & Forndran Super Sized

[attachment=2156] [attachment=2157]

Imitation Onyx.
This brush reminds me of my pre 2005 Shavemac.
Both feature a huge, dense luxurious knot.

[attachment=2158] [attachment=2160]

Dimensions:
Handle: 60 mm.
Knot: 32 x 54mm.

[attachment=2159]

This brush holds a lot of water.

[attachment=2161]

Loaded with Cella.

[attachment=2162]

Lather in no time.

[attachment=2163] [attachment=2164] [attachment=2165]

In bloom!

[attachment=2166]

This ranks among my larger M&F brushes, but I do have bigger... a 36mm stubby/chubby!

Where is everyone getting their M&F brushes from?

Ben, I'm just a bit curious... do you do your shaving after you turn into a huge green superhero? Is that why you have such an affinity for large brushes? Hmm Winky

I would get my face lathered so fast with a brush that big that I'd miss out on the joy that is face-lathering.

Ben have posted Lee Sabini's email on another thread.Is the only way to contact him or get the brushes from classic shaving or vintage blades.

You still need to build the lather, so my face sees plenty of brush time and I have no problem keeping the lather where I intend to shave.

Bigger brush have a sense of luxury about them IMO...

At the end of the day it's just preference, small or large they do the same job (bit like boar vs badger I guess).

All I got out of that was the obvious and blatant complete ignoring of the superhero question. Can I get an autograph? Preferably sent over on one of your brushes? Laughing1 Winky

Sorry, didn't mean to ignore it. Just didn't have any witty response - it's 2am here, I should be asleep!

I think Gary Young is the only man that can boast the privilege of having his signature on a brush, maybe he's your superhero!

Hey there's an idea for a thread: "What would be your shaving superhero?"

Nice looking brush Bruce!! Same thing to you Ben! You really must like big brushes if you're looking for one even larger!

The only thing I would add is that if you're looking to snag one now, classic shaving and vintage blades are your best bet. Though I haven't used Lee directly, from what I hear he's been quite busy so if you're getting one made directly from him be aware that it may take a while.
