What is your absolute favourite, I can't possibly live (or should I say shave) without soap or cream?

EDIT: Let's allow one choice of each (cream and soap).

I will limit my choices to current production since at some point I will have to live without the vintage stuff (or not live). I will go with European Palmolive Shave Cream (simple yet excellent) and D.R. Harris Arlington Shave soap.

Soap: Mystic Water (probably Wild Lavender)
Cream: Spencer & Devon

S&D narrowly beat out RazoRock XXX, because XXX will be going the way of the dinosaur, soon.

There are so many great products that it's hard to say I couldn't live without one because I'm sure I could find another one to take it's place. I'm going to twist the question around to pick the one soap or cream that I will always have in rotation, no matter what.

Soap: Tabac, with Mystic Water a close second
Cream: That's a harder choice. I can't say there's a particular ONE cream, but I can say I'll always have one of the RazoRock croaps in rotation. Right now it's Fresco.

ben74, you asked the question, are you going to give us your picks?

I'd have to go with my Palmolive Shave Stick.

So simple, yet so effective.

Cream is a little harder to decide, I'm tossing up between AK 1869 and AdP...

Wow, such a tough topic that remains in a state of flux. I may be back here weekly changing my mind. With that said, here we go...

Soap: Mike's Natural Soap: Orange/Cedarwood/Black Pepper

Croap: RazoRock XXX (for now, will see if the new La Famiglia will unseat it)

Cream: De Vergulde Hand

You are so right. My soap choice is pretty consistent, but cream was a lot harder as I enjoy a range and find my preferences are rather fluid...

Soap:MWF

Cream:Nancy Boy Signature (with a brush)

They both just always work for me and leave my skin in great condition no matter what the other variables are.
