I have decided that the Cobra Classic is not for me so, it must go. It is in excellent condition and has been used around 30 times (just a guess). I would like $120.00 shipped CONUS and will include the remaining Feather Pro blades from the original pack.

Wow Phil, I thought you were really liking it. Was it the inconsistency of the blades that put you over the edge?

Yes. I have had it with the Feather Pro blades and am not in the mood to hunt down the Kai Mild blades. Just one too many bad shaves. When the Feather Pro blade is good, the Cobra delivers an unbelievably good shave. However, when the blade is bad, you are left with weepers. Lately, every other blade has been bad. I am tired of playing roulette with the razor. Cool

This ultimately scared me away from the Cobra, Phil. With so many options on hand, I'll wait it out. Best of luck on your sale!

I was debating a Cobra and I was ready to jump and send you a PM until I read this. I applaud you candidness, especially being a retailer, I guess that's why you're so well respected Phil!

I can't see it lasting long though as they are often hard to get and keep rising in price...

Thank you. It is probably not the most effective sales speil but, it is the truth (at least in terms of my experience).

Need to get that Tradere fellow to come up with a stainless injector that will take Schick blades. An open comb Schick. Now we're talking.

Good luck with the sale Phil.

Good luck with the sale Phil.

I wholeheartedly agree that an open comb injector following a hopefully open comb slant would be a perfect 3rd act for Tradere.

This is the problem with the Injector, Feather and SE type razors. The blade selection is very limited. If you are lucky and the blade works then you are golden, if not, you are SOL. With DE blades it's almost impossible to not be able to find a blade that works well.

I always wanted to 'try' this razor, but I think the shave head would be too wide for my neck. I have hills, valleys, cliffs and peaks--plus a massive adams apple that I'd like to keep. I have a hard enough time with a regular razor. LOL

Great price, shouldn't take long to sell.

Wish you would have made that decision last week, bought one for more than double that priceSad On the up side I like the Cobra very much.
