I just came across this and never realized such a thing existed. This razor looks pretty awesome. Anyone own one? And how do you like it?

I've had one. It looked great, it was made brilliantly but sadly I couldn't get a good shave from it. It was too mild for me.

Owned it. Loved the build, but the shave was too mild. Sold it.

I agree. What an impressive looking razor with a lot of presence and substance. Unfortunately it was just too mild. Maybe it if was just the open comb on both sides it might have been a different story. But for looks alone it was probably my favorite razor to look at; both stolid and sleek at the same time.

Isn't that another Version of my S3S? Only a 2 -piece instead of a 3-piece razor?

It is but the head is aluminium. Shaves totally different to the S3S.

I have one and really like the shaves. It's not a daily driver for me but I can get very nice shaves using just the solid bar side, and achieve great results when mowing down many days of growth with the open comb side...then switching to the closed comb side to finish off my last two passes. I actually just traded one to a buddy who has told me he likes it so far(I actually HAD 2). like other Gents have mentioned the H2O has great build quality, utilizing a head modeled from the Pils razor, and a classic ikon bulldog handle. The aluminum top cap gives the razor great balance too. To the OP: Ikon did make the razor in different variations using both aluminum and stainless top caps. also some have detachable handles while others have fixed handles like the Pils that spin on a ball bearing. finally there are also mixed heads and pure heads being only closed bar or open comb. Different models do pop up here and there, so Happy Hunting!
