Sunday:

Large Horsehair Barbershop
Super Speed/Rapira day 7
Stirling Glacial Lemon Chill SS
444 AS Balm
Stirling Glacial Wintergreen WH
Chabrawichi 555 Cologne

Today's shave was great and issue-free but I had to struggle a little to achieve a BBS result because the Rapira blade was rather low in power. BTW, my big horsehair barbershop brush is one of the best I ever had - does it ever drive a soap's lather into my face. The Glacial Lemon Chill is an awesome soap - the scent, lather, and skincare are wonderful and the menthol effect is off the frikkin charts. The 444 balm together with the Glacial Wintergreen witch hazel are a menthol marriage made in heaven.

Sunday

Prep: Hot Shower-Stirling Scots Pine Bath Soap
Soap: La Toja Cream
Razor: Gillette Slim [6]
Blade: Gillette Silver Blue (2)
Brush: Plisson Lucite #12 Grey Badger-22mmx56mm
Aftershave: Fine American Blend

WTG-XTG-ATG (adjusted angles for my beard)

The La Toja did its usual excellent job of providing superb lather. The Slim and GSB held up their end too. Nice smooth, close, nick free shave. I finished up with Fine American Blend.
