Apologies for reviving an old thread, but i definately agree.
I know privacy is very important to a lot of people but surely a simple name and a vague location would suffice. It would make transactions on the BST a whole lot easier.
Much less formal and more friendlier when interacting with other members. Just my thoughts.

I don't mind sharing my name and general location, it doesn't mean I want you in my house
I enjoy my privacy and that's why I don't Facebook or Twitter, or none of that social media hype. This and a music site are the only two places I visit, and sometimes it is overwhelming, specially when I have to deal with the ocassional disrespectful keyboard jockey.

I would like to address the entire TSN site, if I may. I joined TSN not too long ago and am still learning to navigate. I belong to 2 other Forums and they all work just a little bit differently. I`ll learn and make mistakes along the way. Without knowing anything about me, a member offered to send me a Clog Pruf that I had broken. FOR FREE !
If this is the character of the members here, then I have truly found a home. You can see by my avatar that I`m no spring chicken and kicking around all these yrs. I have never been welcomed as well ! Thank you to TSN.
With deep respect, Bill (So. Ore)

Click on your name in the upper right corner, click on user settings, click on profile and add your location.
I follow these directions, but I don't have a place to enter my location. Arizona
Any help would be appreciated. Dan
