Sunday:
Omega Wooden Handle
Super Speed/Shark day 2
Phyto Expert Regular SC
Phyto Expert Sensitive AS Balsam
Essence of Jerusalem For Men (from Israel, and gorgeous!)
It's been a long time since I used the Phyto Expert stuff, and I can kick myself for neglecting it. The creams lather up so well and give the skin perfect protection against dryness, irritation and razor burn, and the menthol effect is really nice. The aftershave balsams are a wonderful, cooling, and comfortable finish. I did 3 passes this morning - the 1st was WTG, the 2nd was XTG, and the final one was ATG, but just very lightly. The results were a super-BBS. The Essence of Jerusalem eau de toilette comes from my country, and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it. (So does the wife!)

Pre-shave soap: Musgo Real Glyce Lime
Razor: iKon OSS
Blade: Super Iridium
Brush: Simpson Colonel X2L Best
Soap or Cream: Portman Square Tropical Coconut Cream
A/S: Dickinson's Witch Hazel, Meehan Bay Rhum
Very nice shave. Everything came together like it's supposed to--fragrant lather, smooth and close cutting razor/blade combo, and a warming, but refreshing, finish adding it's own compatible tropical note on this chilly morning.

Sunday, March 4th
Razor: Cobra Classic
Blade: Feather Professional
Brush: Vie-Long BG2012 Prototype
Pre-Shave: Musgo Real Glyce Lime
Soap: D.R. Harris Arlington
A/S: Royall Limes
The Vie-Long prototype and Harris Arlington are a match made in heaven and I was rewarded with mounds of rich creamy lather. I enjoyed a great shave but noticed that the Feather Professional blade was starting to tug every so slightly...strange as this was only the 4th shave on the blade and I usually get 8 to 10 shaves from a Feather Professional. Next time I use the Cobra will be with a brand fresh Kai mild blade (Thanks Sully).
The splash of Royall Limes was refreshing. I remember when I joined the boards, the Royall line of aftershaves was all the rage. Then it became readily available on Ebay, Amazon and even TJMax and now you never hear mention of it at all. Strange. It is a decent lime aftershave and well worth the TJMax prices.
