Hi I currently use the iKon DLC SB as my daily shaver but w/ the 15% discount this weekend on ATT at BullGoose decided to get the Kronos M1, and was just wandering if it was mild enough for daily shaving.

That's up to you and your skin type, but it certainly can be.

I use the R2 head as my daily driver, and that's somewhat more aggressive.

I rotate a few razors just because... tending toward milder for daily drivers. The M1 is not the mildest of that group, but I find it plenty mild enough for me for daily use -- it takes a slight adjustment from, say, a Weber DLC (which is milder) but two or three shaves in and the adjustment is automatic. The H1 on the other hand, for me requires concentration and not-everyday-use.

The M1 is a fantastic razor and a good choice for a daily shaver. As the others have said, it tends towards the aggressive side of mild (if that makes sense) but beyond that it is well made and you can't beat the price that Phil is offering it right now.

If you spend month every day shave with R41 2011,than H1 is like a toy that you can use with eyes closed, trust me!

I've heard this from others -- I don't get it. I'm more comfortable with the 2011 R41 than I am with my Kronos/Titan H1. Not that I am carefree with the R41, either. It's just a matter of having had more practice with the R41, since I had it first, I suppose.
