SuperMax is an international brand that manufactures from de blades to shaving products I had tried all 3 Classic,Lemon-Lime and Menthol
all of them lathered very well and also high quality products, all variants contains aloe, vit e and tea tree oil its very common in my country found in many marts and now used in barbershops due to tea tree oil for its disinfecting properties.

the classic smelled soapy also has barbers aroma Lemon-lime reminds me of citrus/lemon candy and menthol smells like an old people or menthol drops and even medicinal also cooling effect is nice.Made by Freshup cosmetics for supermax, very good product. http://www.supermaxworld.com/

Thanks for the post. A couple of months ago I saw SuperMax shaving Gel (in tube, not a can - but I presume it the same pdt as the can) at a dollar store. Wondered who made the gels for SuperMax. Did not buy them, perhaps I should have (that's my SCAD speaking). There were at least three fragrance variants but I cannot remember what they were.

I heard quite a few good reports on the menthol version of this cream. I'm told that it's very cooling.

Has anyone tried both SuperMax and Godrej creams? It sounds like they have the same variants... are they the same cream?

I don't think so because Super-Max comes from Bulgaria while Godrej is from India.

OK. So it's not the same company as the SuperMax blades (from India)?

The font and effects in the logo are almost the same... If they are not the same company, someone is copying someone...

I received a Supermax Classic cream yesterday, and it smells beautiful. I test-lathered it, but although menthol is also listed as an ingredient, I felt none at all. Strange, yes?

SuperMax is 2nd largest razor blade maker in the world, uses 3rd party manufacturers from various nations, DE blades are made by Vidyut Metallics in India while creams are Bulgarian made by Freshup cosmetics.

Yes, the creams are made in Bulgaria, but they seem to be marketed for Spain and the Middle East, because they don't seem to be used in Bulgaria.

Different countries of origin and they whip up differently.

I'm a fan of both. I've been through two tubes of Godrej Deluxe so far. Excellent stuff, easy to lather, bowl, face, or palm. The scent is reminiscent of Noxzema.

SuperMax was PIFed to me by Mr. Freddy, one of our more authoritative members here. I hate him. I'll never get another tube of this stuff! It's gray market in NorthAm, dagnabbit. Angry I'd make this my everyday lather and I've used more than a couple of creams and soaps.

<Sigh!> Thanks, Freddy! Rolleyes
