First I appologize if this is the wrong place to post this. Mods please relocate if I am in the wrong area.

Basically I have been searching to no avail for a jade brush handle. The few resin handle jade brushes I have seen looked a little cheap. I am also aware that real jade would be quite hard to make a brush from. Not impossible but hard. So basically im settling for just a beautiful jade resin handle if one can be found. At minimum I would like it to have a 24mm knot hole. If anyone can point me in the right direction I would be so very happy.

At times iKon Razors has had real jade handled brushes. You might send a PM to Greg and ask if he has any stashed away.

Pop over to EvilBAY and do a search for raw Jade. Of course, we are talking jadite proper and not nephrite( the super expensive stuff used in Chinese art.)Both are recognized as 'jade' commercially.
There are some nice blocks that look like @ 2 handles could be made for @ $175+
Arizona is crawling with mineral and gem shows so plan on a visit. The people can put you in touch with somebody skilled enough to turn a handle. It is @ 7 on the MOH scale and not impossible.
If you can procure a knot your all set.
If the first peoples could carve this stuff we can too.

Thanks gents for the ideas. I tried searching google and forums yet only found a post talking a bit about the hardness of jadeite. I will definitely look into the mineral shows. I wish I had considered that. I mean that makes too much sense. Lol.

Thanks for that shotwell. I actually did look at those prior to asking here. The one at elite razor is what start my quest. However I wanted an all jade brush handle. Then I saw the one on the other link. I just assumed it was his own brush he was making. Didnt pay enough attention I guess. LOL!

Check with Bob Quinn at Elite Razor. He makes exceptional handles from wood, stone and resin. For the stone handles I believe he uses engineered stone, which I understand to be a composite of crushed stone and resin.
