There is nothing controversial about the OP ... merely a factual statement that reflects and mirrors official government policy.

As a parent of two younger kids I can see how any discussion about vaccines or shots can get controversial and/or political really quickly. I will keep my views to myself, but I do see Brian's point.

Saying it is very important is interesting considering that it is also potentially dangerous with zero real proof of benefit. Just because it's an official governmental policy makes it neither correct nor important.

If we're going to allow this topic then I'll be more than happy to discuss it.
