Razor from the mid 1930s. One of the best slant razors if not the best in terms of efficiency and comfort. Two models were made, the tilt which you have and a 3 piece without the push button release for the head. Because of the thin profile the razor can shave the nose, chin and lip area very efficiently. Happy with almost any blade. This is very early model in that it is patent pending. Most of the heads I have have a patent registered.

It is made of brass and coated. While the coating isn't in the greatest condition there are no dings to it so functionally it is great. Can't wait to try it out but need some help functionally if anyone has any experience with these. Thea head doesn't lock in when it is tilted up so if you tilt it to far it tips and darn near falls apart. Wondering if I'm doing it wrong or if there is a trick to it Smile

It all appears to be nickel plated brass. I figured out why it was a little loose in one spot not allowing it to lock in and tightened up the gap. Now it locks in and I can't wait to use it!

If yours is like mine, it requires a loaded blade to lock the handle perpendicular to the head.

Great shaver.
