I already have Floid Vigoroso and I love it.

I want to pick up one of the Italian Floids. Not sure if I want the Amber or the Blue?

Does the Amber smell close/anything like the Vigoroso? If so, I'd be more inclined to try the Blue.

How's the menthol in the Italians vs the Vigoroso?

Thanks!

Yes, Amber smells very similar to Vigoroso. There's some slight differences but also menthol differences as well. I HIGHLY suggest getting Blue. It's my favorite and I absolutely love it!

Awesome Tom. Sounds like the Blue is for me then. I don't want one that smells similar to what I already have.

Blue is good, but Amber is better. If you have never experienced Floid blue, then you should go for it. You will surely like it. I just prefer Amber. More of an old school, classy scent to me. I just wish the aftershave scent would stick around longer than it does.

I've been looking for the Italian blue with little luck. Spanish blue is pretty easily found, though.

The Italian Blue is actually now made in Spain. There is only one Blue that I am aware of.

If you like the scent of Aqua Velva, you'll love the Blue. I enjoy it. It reminds me of my father.

Italian Blue/Spanish Blue feel and smell the same.

Floid Blue runs circles around Aqua Velva as for as I'm concerned.

If you want the perfect shave IMHO, shave with MWF and top it off with some Floid Blue.

Floid blue does run circles around Aqua Velva to me as well. No comparison IMO.

And although MWF and FLoid Blue may produce the perfect shave, I wouldn't make it a habit of using those two products everyday. You skin will not like you as time passes by.. LOL

Well, my skin loves me. MWF always leaves my face feeling moist and refreshed. Plus when I use Floid Blue or any other alcohol based product I always follow with an unscented balm.

Just trying to help.

For me, a bottle of Floid will easily last two years because I know the (ill) effects it has on my skin. I only choose to use it because of the fantastic scent, but it isn't often.. Special occasions call for Genuine Floid!

You are going to love it. Floid Blue rules! If you hate it, you'll obviously be able to BST it.

I agree that Floïd Blue "runs circles" around Aqua Velva, that's why I use it and NOT Aqua Velva, but gents, the similarities cannot be denied.
