I with you on that Freddy, but since moving to this side of the pond I've become accustomed to seeing them around, also a lot! more tolerant of them, etc.

Even as urbanized as my native Brooklyn, New York was, one would occasionally come across a garter snake. They are pretty harmless fellows, it's just that I've never been comfortable around them. Like all things in nature, though, they do serve a purpose. Wink

nice looking flowers, Mike. I absolutely hate snakes myself.

I should try to get some decent photos of the flowers around my house that the previous owner planted.
