I wonder what all you guys favorite Top 3 artisane soap makers are ?

I'm about to receive my first ever artisane soaps from Grant, who has been so friendly and order 2 or 3 soaps from Barrister & Mann for me and will ship it all the way to Denmark Smile

So far I have been reluctant to order artisane soaps because of the whole image of a person standing in his kitchen making soaps turned me off a bit.

But I gave in, Grant persuaded me to try a couple of B&M soaps.

So with that in mind, I would like to know where to start my journey.

What are your favorite artisane soap brands at the moment ?
Name your Top 3 artisane soap makers in this thread.

Thanks in advance Number_one

1 Martin de Candre classe et insurpassable
2 Mike. Its lanolin do me good.
3 Nannysillysoap. Sharons soaps are too often overlooked when we talk artisan soaps and they are ones to be reckoned with.

Like Ravi I concur on the first two:

Cold River Soapworks
Wickham Soap Co.
Martin De Candre

I continue to be really impressed with the products Larry in upstate New York and Darron on the English coast are putting out these days. Highly recommended!

From what I understand, TFS only makes a couple of their soaps. Most are made by other artisans.

I haven't tried many artisan soaps. I really like RazoRock and have had good experiences with Mikes and Mama Bears. Ogallala is pretty good too once you get the hang of it.
