I'm planning to buy one SE, but in Brazil you can't find the GEM, PAL razor blades. I only found these and I don't know if works.

You can't order from out of country so that you can get the correct ones? Or ask someone here to send you some?

Unfortunately order from out of country is not a option.

The packaging says, "Made in USA" so they are almost certainly American Safety Razor blades, the manufacturer of Gem, etc.

The question is, are they the blades with the 3 facet edge (good), or the 2 facet edge (bad).

If the seller can provide that information, and they are indeed the 3 facet edge, then you should be good to go.

I'm guessing that they are carbon steel blades, since stainless blades are usually labeled as such.

That was actually 2 questions. You only answered the first question.

Since the packaging for industrial use blades (window scrapers) and the correct blades that one would use for shaving can be identical, without knowing what sort of store these came from no one can make any statement other than what I just wrote.

There is a test however. Shave with one. You'll know immediately which blade it is. But my guess is that since the right blades are specialty blades and one has to specifically seek them out, that what you picture there are hardware store blades. Even in the USA we have fewer than a handful of sources that carry the right blades.

I don't think I would shave with either of these you have pictured.... The proper blades are getting harder here in the states to find in drug store. We can find them on the web though. Also on e-bay. Amazon.... Good luck finding the right blades. Single Edge razors are awesome...
