I'm a bit of a fickle shopper. I'll spread my shave purchases out over many different vendors/artisans, driven primarily by cost savings/sales. I have patronized nearly a dozen over the past year and I have to say, there hasn't been a bad one in the bunch. The products are always top notch. Most orders go out the same day and arrive in two or three (excepting overseas vendors). Many will include a quick note or even a sample or two. I just received a package from Jarrod at The Superior Shave from an order placed Monday. This kind of service has in my experience been the rule rather than the exception with the vendors and artisans in this industry. These men and women really sweat the details and truly go above and beyond for their customers. Kudos and thank you for all you guys do.

All of the great vendors have had a huge impact on the growth of this fine hobby! What would we do if there wasn't a new soap or cream to try every week?

Yup, I'm pretty high on the vendors, too. I have to say I've had some of my very best "consumer" experiences with some of the vendors, and in a couple of cases really felt like I was dealing with friends. Very nice. And of course guess who I go back to. Wink

I've had great service from The Superior Shave and Bullgoose. The Superior Shave always ships orders received by 2:00 pm the same day. My last order from Bullgoose was placed on a Friday evening, turned over to the Post Office for shipping on Saturday, and it was delivered to me in Miami on Monday.

I have to admit that every transaction I have had with a Vendor or even a Member on BST has been above average to outright exceptional.

If everyone in life acted like these folks it would be a different world.
