Can you do custom handles for a TTO? Namely, a lady gillette?

It's possible; Cooncat Bob used to do it with some regularity. I don't know of anyone doing it currently.

Yes, Bob used the Gillette Knack as a basis for attaching his handles to. I would think it was easier to convert a knack to a handle versus a TTO that used the base knob for opening.

Agreed. And when you get down to it, I don't think there is a heck of a big difference between a knack and a lady Gillette.

Someday, it is my goal to buy a lathe (and learn to use it.) When I do, this is totally something I would try to do.

Just wondering what are you looking for in a Custom handle? thicker handle? Grooved handle? etc

I know the Parker 29L was made to be a Lady Gillette clone of sorts.
