....i am looking at purchasing an IKON #102 slant head.

.....does any know if that head will fit on a Weber bulldog handle?

It will, as the threading on both the Ikon head and Weber handle use the same standard threading that is the most commonly used in DE razors (can't remember the exact numbers/specs).

Yes, that's the same set up I have. It works very well with weight of the weber bulldog.

I'm taking my 102/bulldog on a short trip... Will make traveling much more enjoyable! Also have some WSP Barbershop and Muhle STF. (Sent some blades ahead so I don't need to check my bag) crazy huh?

I can't bring myself to take any of my "good " razors on trips. I'm worried something could happen. Confused I'll only bring a $20.00 Maggard, its still gives a great shave but is cheap & easily replaced.Biggrin

I hear you. This is easily replaced, just not cheap. Cheers.

Just had a shave with this combo and a Voskhod blade. Despite having some really nice DE razors and a Mongoose(albeit have only used it twice) it's hard to imagine a better shave than I get with the 102. No nicks, cuts, weepers or irritation and BBS almost everywhere.
