Hello, I'm looking for a good shape pre 1912 lather catcher, there is few of them over eBAY, however the prices vary and I'm not sure what is a fair price, so if you got one to sell or trade for, please drop me a line.

Thx

Here are some pictures... I think that I sold one of these for $70 or $75 on ebay a couple of years ago because it had the original tin box and all three pieces of the handle (third piece is only connected for stropping the permanent wedge blades). It is very difficult to find them with all the pieces. This variety can use both the permanent wedge blades and the modern disposable SE blades. There's no way to know exactly when it was made but the info on the razor has patent dates in various countries ranging from 1888 to 1902. If you're not interested, no problem, but please let me know as another person has mentioned interest in a trade, but has made no commitment. If you have an idea for a trade, feel free to ask, but I'm probably just going to sell it. Have a great day!
