I've just had some friends on FB say they have emailed him consistently for several months with no reply. If anyone gets a reply, I assume it's cause they have an outstanding MN g order.

And sorry to bring up Paladin. Someone mentioned them and I didn't know what they meant. Back to Wiborg now.

Also, it makes sense that Florian doesn't reply. I have seen people email him every week wanting a brush. He probably gets an overwhelming amount of emails. That coupled with his health issues... Then you add on the fact that he still has a waitlist to handle. I wouldn't be answering emails if I were him either.

This is a good point Eric.. same goes for many vendors in this hobby

An occasional simple notice on his website and Facebook page would indeed solve much of this communication problem.

I'm glad you got a response and hope he carries through with his promise. It's also good to know, looking at the copy, that I've been sending emails to the right address -- not that it's had any effect.

Sturdy is the handle shape. The knot is 28x52 fan , white badger.
