I did submit the contact form asking to be added to the waitlist.  Any better methods?

That would be the best way I would say. I imagine he's swamped, but when he was doing well he was quick to respond to me. Maybe 3 days, which I was expecting about a week with how busy I heard he was then. This was before I heard of him getting sick and back in 2014, or 2015 maybe. Can't remember the exact time.
