Show us your favorite, most used lather bowl or mug. It may be just a salsa bowl or a sugar bowl but if it's the one you like the most let's see it.

Mine is a Parker handmade mug. I like it because it has a nice 4 inch opening and is 3 inches deep.

That's crazy, I've been actually searching for a couple of good lathering bowls. Hopefully, I'll be able to find something and post it by next week.

That should give you plenty of room to whip up some lather. Nice.

I recently purchased an ikea stainless steel bowl and have been using it for probably 10 or so shaves now. It really makes me want to get an Aesop Bowl. Unfortunately, my fiancé has put me on a shave purchase sabbatical until after the wedding as I went on a bit of a spending spree lately, so I won't be able to purchase one any time soon. I'm now forced to rely on finding someone who is interested in a trade.

I agree with Primo, of all the various bowls used the Aesop gives the best overall latherSmile

Here's my little daily scuttle.  It was one of the first I made.  They have changed a lot over time, but this one is mine.

The Simpson Large Shaving Mug is currently my one and only bowl. I really like the dimensions of it, the only thing that it's missing are some ridges at the bottom of it, to making lathering even easier:

I only have one bowl that worked well for me over the past year or so, but now it seems not to get any love as I mostly face lather. This one is a Bill Bowl from DirtyBirdPottery.....

This was one of my favorite Shaving Mugs, It was my first shaving mug I bought when I started "Wet Shaving again" I know it's a cheap Van der Hagen Deluxe set, but it really does serve the purpose.

And last but not least this Cobalt Blue Mug also belonged to my daughter that passed away, in 1998.
I will have to get all of my shaving mugs together and take a picture of them together.

"Vintage" chinese porcelain bowl. A set of those has been in my family since I can remember. I found one survivor at my parents house when looking for something. It has dimples on the inside which helps in building lather.
