L'Occitane sells the Plisson synthetic as well as getting one directly from Plisson. I believe they are out of stock on line at L'Occitane but they will likely get some more of them. Just have to be patient or put out a WTB for one.

If you are looking for a L'Occitane branded Plisson Cade that go for $30 in the US, check local malls/shops for a L'Occitane store. From my understanding, these are not being restocked, but there are still plenty in the wild.

Thanks! I found out late last night that there is a L'Occitane in a nearby shopping mall! I plan on taking a trip there this weekend and seeing what all they have. The $30 synthetic brush is just what I'm on the hunt for.

Ha! Yeah, I recently dove back into that world. I enjoy it even though I get home twice a week looking and feeling very much like a rag doll. They say it's a lot like dancing but ... geez ... I dunno ... I don't recall dancing ever feeling like this! :-) Are you an Aikidoka?

Really wanted to try a synthetic brush so I bought a Omega to see how it is. It lathers nice but I don't really like how it feels on my face. So I've been trying to buy a Plisson and have been calling Loccitane but many of them are out. Some stores you have to buy the set to get the brush. For some reason they stopped selling them individually.

THE Plisson synthetics have been available on ebay (sorry) for quite a while. There are FIVE listings right now, some have multiple brushes available.
Prices range from $40 to $60.
Just do a search for Plisson Brush

I just got my Plisson from a Loccitane in a mall after waiting a week for them to get a new shipment. Did a face lather and have to agree with everyone, it is the softest brush I've used. Really excited to keep this in my rotation.
