As a rule I'm not a big fan of artisan soaps or creams because I find that they are difficult for me to lather up, or they give me irritations and rashes. (My skin is very sensitive) There are a few exceptions, and this is a lovely soft soap from the UK which I received yesterday.

Ease of lathering: 9/10--Very easy to get this stuff going.

Longevity of lather: 9/10--This soap remains very stable for multi-passes.

General skincare: 9/10--Moisturizing, soothing and VERY cooling. A LOT of menthol!

Scent: 10/10--Some guys may disagree, but I find it's bay rum-like with menthol. Gorgeous.

Price: N/A--I don't know - it was a gift.

Would I buy again: 10/10--Most definitely.

Here is another face-freezer which I strongly recommend. I wonder if this stuff can be considered a CROAP? It's a most pleasant item with a wonderful scent, very good lather, and the menthol effect can easily compete with Ingram. Another feature about this stuff is that it contains goat's milk, which is very good for dry or sensitive skin.

Jeff, is there a website listed anywhere on the container. That soap looks real interesting to me.

Thanks for the nice review.
Did the soap dry on your skin or did it remain moist during your shave?

It remained moist during my shave. It performed great. Smile
