I've got a bottle in the bathroom, as well a a couple stashed in the closet, purchased when it was rumored to be discontinued!

Manly, traditional, effective aftershave. I recommend a bottle in every den. Number_one

Bryan, it smells like a classically clean barbershop scent to me.  Very old school but in the best sense of the term. A touch of menthol but not face freezing. It won't be confused with anything unisex, it's manly, once again in the best sense of the term. If I were to nitpick, and I'm sure I'm in the minority, I don't care for the scuba tank sized container. I wish they offered something in the 100ml range as well.  Biggrin

So, classic barber smell like how Pinaud is classic? That's good. You can never go wrong with that.

Oh man, that's the best part. I love that bottle. Often thought about having a brush made using a Floid Blue cap.

Bryan, you need to order a bottle from Phil. Rub it on your cheeks and your old bald head. GREAT stuff.

My favourite AS.
Love the bottle along with the atomizer attachment.
The old school glass bottle is a bonus.
The face feel is just right.

Lol, that's funny Johnny. I will be getting some from Phil, probably face to face in a few weeks!

I'm with you on the bottle being a wee bit too large, unless it's the only aftershave you ever plan on using. But it's so damn good they know most people will succumb and buy large just to have it. It    was   sent      from    barber       heaven     by    the     angel        Floyd the Barber de la Mayberry.....oooh Andy! welll yes,yes ttha tthat that's right. you're next after Barney.

I only use splashes in the Summer and these will probably last me a decade.

Value wise, the larger bottles work out better then small and most of mine are only available in large.  The Old Proraso is still one of my favorites with Floid Blue a very close second.

I got a haircut today, and my barbershop did the neck shave. In the past I declined aftershave. My loss.
They used Floid Blue and it was a pleasure. My wife liked it too. I may well have to get it.

My barbershop also has Floid Amber (aka "The Genuine").

My absolute favorite AS.  I'll never be without a bottle of this stuff.  Lasts me a year, so the price is worth it.
