Seem to be having tremendous difficulty accessing the site. Am I alone? Australia here.

Also, when it comes to editing titles of threads I seem only able to replace the entire title, not a word or a letter.

Site has been totally down here for 1-2 hours. Now up again, but still buggy and slow loading.

I believe there were some routes down (out of our control).  I'm still looking into it somewhat.

Hi, no, it seems I can't edit the thread title at all now ( not that I need to currently). I have tried all techniques. Perhaps I am doing something wrong? can you explain how it is done, just so I can make sure I  am not  causing unnecessary work for anyone Smile

if you click the 'edit' button for the first post in a thread you started, do you see this at the top?:[Image: 4eU4EEj.jpg]

notice the 'topic title'...that's where you'd change around the thread title.

Andrew, thanks. It used to be that you clicked once on the title thread, which is what I was doing. This new way is better, thanks so much for letting me know. Now I know what to do. Again, many thanks. Now we can close the thread!
