For being such an old blade, stubtail and all, this razor has such clean , almost modern lines to it. The blade was in decent condition but needed a bit of sprucing up. The finish came out quite nicely. For the scales I used Mammoth Ivory. I made a lead wedge as I have for many lately out of a .45  bullet.
The bevel along the edge of the scale nicely compliments the bevel on the spine. Traditional washerless pinning completes it.

I like everything about that razor, and like you mentioned, clean lines. Beautiful work as always.
