I read a lot about MF heritage "gel tip" , always curious to try and see the difference .Finally I got an a opportunity to purchase from Andi.

Very impressed with knot and the tips. It's not as soft as Wiborg but it give you better backbone. It may not be as scrubby as CH3 Manchurian but it got scrubby feel to it.

After a comparison MFfinest doesn't even close to heritage gel tip IMO.

Very amazing brush. Very happy .

Congratulations on the brush, Mustafa! I have the exact one and I completely agree with you regarding your observations!  Also, it seems that you really enjoy large brushes!  Thumbup

Lovely brush Mustafa! I haven't had the pleasure of trying M&F Heritage Gel, but I have tried the Rooney Heritage Gel from 2010/2011. (I have hoarded away a 1XL, 2XLand 3XL from the Rooney gel tip era and they are amazing!) Can you make a comparison? Are they the same? Completely different? Enjoy that beautiful brush!

Nathan, I used to have a Rooney Heritage Stubby 3XL and 2XL gel-tips and I think they were a tiny bit softer than this M&F 3XL Heritage. They also didn't have as much backbone, but that would be in account of the significant glue-bump that is present in the M&F.
I still have a 1XL from, I believe from that time period, that is reserved for my son and it is still a wonderfully soft brush.  Smile

Hey Nathan, thanks . I think that Celestino sums it up. I never owned rooney so I can't compare two.

Thanks for the comparison Celestino! I would really like to get Lee to make me one of these some day.

No worries, my friend, but it is a subjective view and you will have to experience the M&F, for yourself, some day and decide.  Biggrin

In my experience Rooney gels were dense and soft, with a noticeable face feel. All of my brushes from M&F lately have the type of hair that feels cloud like.

My biggest regret in shaving is selling my chief heritage M&F, I even tried to buy it back.  I need another m&f heritage brush in my rotation one day. I wish he wasn't so hard to get a hold of.

What would the difference be between this knot and the Paladin brush knots?
