Mainly intestested in Face Feel….  feel free to describe the scents of your favorite face-feelers, but I really want to know which ones make your face feel the best (or even the nice Complexion of your skin)   Smile

I suppose name your top 3-5 commercial and 3-5 artisan splashes, whatever number you choose!  Thanks.

(There is a separate thread for Balms.)

+1. Absolutely no argument there...no splash works better for me.

Aqua Velva. It has glycerin in it. compare it to a glycerin-less splash such as Pinaud and see the difference. Just find one that has glycerin in it and it should be good no matter what brand it is.

I have to agree with Ravi on this one. I've been using Swiss Pitralon for about six months now, and I use it exclusively unless I'm trying to match an AS with a cologne. No other aftershave splash has provided me the same degree of overall comfort after a shave.

I guess I need to try some of this Swiss Pitralon.  Right now Floid Blue does it for me.

Speick has been my go to but Swiss Pitralon (which I've used exactly once) may change that.

My favorites are Proraso green, Floid Vigoroso, and good old Aqua Velva Ice blue! I have to have menthol in my splash or it's not an aftershave!

I'm on the Myrsol band wagon! While Metilsol works like an astringent it is my #1 post shave go to AS. - reputed to turn a bad shave into a good one! Used in conjunction with their Emulsion (ok not a splash, more of a balm but the best of its kind I have found), and finally followed up with F./Extra -for me this is the triumphant of post shave goodness!

If you will allow me the Myersol trio as one entry, then I would add Barrister & Mann's -Kyovu as my second choice, described as a "splash for balm guys".
Pitralon (at least till warmer months), has knocked off Kramperts bay as my 3rd choice, but I have Floid Blue waiting in the wings, although I suspect I will use it after the first two Myersol products, replacing F./Extra. The fun is in the mix & match testing[Image: c109f1b2bc130b6637a74fb2f7b6fec2.jpg]

Strictly for face feel I'll add another vote for Swiss Pitralon, along with Speick and Krampert's BR.

By "Swiss Pitralon" do you all mean the original one with the red label in the 160ml bottle (as opposed to the 100ml)?

I know I have to get some of that and Speick, and OTHERS!
