On online ebay vendor site it says this includes Organic argan oil, which PDP does not. What do you think?

Wow it costs 28 euros to ship to the USA. No thanks... Do you know of any other vendors?

I had googled for suppliers without success, but thanks to the eBay comment from Bibbelmann I have found it on eBay with free shipping from Germany...

I had assumed it was a Prè de Provence clone...

The ingredients are similar but different. PdP inverts the first two ingredients for example. The official site also says it is a fern (fougere) scent.

Great to hear that!Smile

I will let it pass as it has coumarin in it... looks awesome otherwise. Ever tried to find a bad bottle of wine in a french delicacy market? Wink

I have ordered it, so my third new soap in a week. Hopefully it's almost identical to Prè de Provence but with a different scent and the added benefit of Argan oil.

I love PdP and was going to try it, but with out $ so low, it was going to be $18 a puck.

Let us know how it works out.

I'm excited about it. Is it as nice smelling fougere as MdC?

lathered on my hands. Excellent light stiff lather

No, I am not Chris D. Bailey. Yes, I did have to try it as was watching and watching the auction.

Shave 27th of March:  glide, residue allows buffing, would recommend. activates my sensitive skin, but so do others. I blame the fragrant ingredients at the end of the list.  Overall  good quality hard soap worth of rotation

I've used this a couple times now and I think it mediocre. It is triple milled and just as hard as Pre de Provence but is otherwise a lesser version of PdP. It has no shea butter but still manages to have a decent post shave feel. The lather is quite thin and lacks cushion but has good slickness. The worst thing about it is the scent. It is the same scent as Fabuloso-- a floor cleaner. Just an awful synthetic scent. The site describes it as Fougere but I don't think so.
