The new Kramperts Finest soaps are great, but they are a bit pricey. There's not much I can do about the base price, but while the 6 oz size will continue to be available there will be a new "travel size" which will be more affordable. Same product, smaller size, less initial cash outlay.

There are other changes in the works as well, but for now I can't let the cat out of the bag just yet. No reformulations, so relax regarding that.

Travel size sounds good.  I'm sure whatever you have planned for the future will be first class and good.

Hope it's a metal canister for the soap to match the aftershave flasks.

That was looked into. What's available will rust.

How big are you planning on making the travel soaps?

I left that up to the manufacturer Shawn. The key was to allow a lip on the container to make it useable, the same as the full size container. Jim knows what I want and I don't need to micromanage him.  The best answer I can give you is that I don't know. We discussed the goal of 3-4 ounces. At this point he has done some testing with the container to make sure it would work with at least a small badger brush. But I don't believe anything has been finalized.

I'm not a huge fan of Bay Rum in general, I have the standard clubman bay rum but I had a gift card to maggards and wanted to try Kramperts, WOW, this is wonderful, not overpowering at all and the way if left my skin feeling is second to none. I just finished a purchase of the Frostbite, I know I'm a little late to the game but if its as good as the bay rum I will be all set for summer. Can't wait for my next shave.  Thumbup
