Sent an email to Weber razor a couple of days ago and no return.  I was just asking if they planned a release soon on another razor head.

Does no response mean I have a classic Weber PH that I had best keep a watchful eye on?

Love to hear some good news from them.  I am using a BBS-1, but the Weber is still a special razor that I would like to purchase for my son-in-law.

I haven't heard anything new, but my guess is that they won't be bringing back their razor heads as they seem to have been causing more issues to produce than they were worth, unfortunately. It started with the discontinuation of the DLC, then the ARC, now the PH. What a shame as these were fantastic razor for a wonderful price, especially, the DLC!

I don't know if the razor heads are coming back, but I sure hope they do.  There is a definite need for a quality American stainless DE at that price point.

After all I have heard about Weber Razors, I would be interested even if they came back at a slightly higher price point...

Ed could easily charge $100 for the complete razor and it would still be a great deal for a stainless steel razor!

I wold hope that Ed comes out here and looks in on us. I would spend $100 for one of his razors especially since I'm on a waiting list for a Wolfman razor for $200.

I think my hobby is becoming something more. Better hide the plastic now.

He did such a good job on my BBS-1 that I really am looking forward to his own Wolfman razor. I've heard nothing but great things about that razor.

Probably, the best thing about James' razors is that he can modify the blade gap for you to any opening in millimetres you want, really! I don't think anyone else can accommodate you in that regards!  Thumbup

Such a shame as their heads are very highly regarded in the community

Still like my Weber PH and bulldog handle quite a bit.  This is still in my rotation and it is a great travel razor as well.

Hope that good news may come from Weber. Hope?

Since I got my Weber I haven't picked up another razor.  I really hope he brings the heads back.  I'd love one in a special coating like he used to put out.

Yes.  I'm not sure how it all works (if they are coatings or not), but he had a couple didn't he?  ARC maybe?

there was ARC, DLC, and PH. and dlc and arc are coatings
ed has said a few times that ARC and DLC will never be coming back as applying the coating was not worth it for him and did not make sense to continue coating razors with it
