Yes, I've been considering those too. Are these the Red ones I hear so much about?
Dave, I've tried both the Red's, and the Blue Personna's and they both worked great for me. They are both platinum blades and I couldn't tell there was much of a difference between the two.

Supermax has had a Titanium coated stainless steel blade (which all blade have a steel base for cost purposes) called the Sunrise. I have a sinking suspicion that this is a re-badged blade.

I saw this blade on the internet but couldn't figure out who carries it.
I went ahead and got SuperMax Super Platinum blades based on your chart. I tested several of the blades you tested and I got almost identical results so I'm pretty confident I'll like the Super Platinums.

That's what I'm looking for; a safe blade. I've tried some brand new blades and they started out pulling hairs and my end result shave wasn't too good. I've tried others that lasted 2 shaves before the pulling started and some that lasted 3. I can't stand that sensation so I'm looking for a blade that will give me 3+ good shaves without me feeling it pull the beard.

I wound up ordering the Super Platinums. I'm glad to hear you like them! I'll be interested to hear what you think about the Titaniums. If they are really good I might order them too.
