Paul Bombino (a tester for mongoose) has just posted an awesome video showing the upcoming new razors from Mongoose. and aluminium goose and an open comb goose.
Neither razor is in production yet but they are close to being released from what I gather.
The first 3-4 minutes shows you the razors. the rest is him shaving with the OC goose

Anyways, I am very excited to see both of these. I think I would rather try the Open Comb Mongoose and then second choice would be aluminum.
Just not that active anymore around the forums or FB groups

Also was not aware videos are not allowed. Paul's facebook name is azhawk516 if anyone is interested in seeing the video.

Either way I'm not sure what the timeline for the tit goose is. I'm sure they will post updates on their FB page when its ready.

If the aluminum version performs as well as the SS version you will be impressed by the quality of the shave. I picked up a B2 (PH) three weeks ago
and am now on my 19th shave with the Kai Mild and enjoying it more and more. I shave every day and never go for BBS type shaves, just shaves
that I believe are great - and the Mongoose delivers that. The SS version is a monster and I prefer the great heft, just as I prefer the heft of my Weber.
I have a Wolfman on the way and if it performs as well as my Weber it will probably become my travel razor. For the time being I'm hooked on the
Mongoose. Hope you men get a chance to try either version.

I am saving for the AlumiGoose. It is really gonna open up doors for those that don't want to drop the 150 for the Stainless Goose. A very wise decision from the Mongoose Team to work toward producing this model. And you know you are going to get the very best quality from them because they won't release it otherwise...
I haven't seen the video yet, but I'm guessing the weight of the Aluminum one isn't going to be anything to scoff at. It's gonna feel solid in your hand for sure. That is a hunk of metal there and although it won't be as heavy as the Stainless, it'll be noticeable I'm quite sure..

Hello fellow Pa'ian. I'm from outside Harrisburg. I agree with you on the Goose. Lovely indeed.
