I like the idea of a cream that's intended use is for damaged areas.  It's supposed to be applied after use of a ASB or AS.  Has anyone tried it?

I think Mustafa ( Cricket 203 ) has it . I'm also interested to know more about Pro Victis cream and its healing properties.

Yes , you supposed to apply after an application of AS. Very small amount , just use your fingertips.

How well does it work?  Do you use it on nicks, areas of irritation, both?

Honestly I have yet to used it . All my soaps and creams provide extra cushion. Very very very rarely I get a cut . I bought the cream just in case I run into a nick cut

I'll report back when I use it.  While I like to take my time, sometimes I shave in a rush...with my 2 and 5 year old around...nicks are more frequent then I'd like them to be and while I've stopped using alum because while it stops the cut, it irritates my skin.  Hopefully Pro Victis can replace the alum...

I used this yesterday (a few nicks due to watching the kids and trying to shave  Confused

It worked quite well.  It seemed to stop the bleeding (although this may have been coincidental), but certainly did provide relief from irritation.  It had a slight cooling effect which was pleasant and unexpected.  Glad I have this in the den!
