How about a thread (or a few threads) where we show off some of our favourite recipes?
I love to cook and I have a few dishes that I make that are both quick and easy, while still being excellent. I'm sure other people have similar recipes that we all would like to hear about.
It's nice to get recipes from regular folk, rather than professional cooks.

I think that would be good. Although I am no chef, I've come a long way since my college days of making "dog doo stew" (a concoction of whatever was available in the refrigerator and cupboards).
