I would agree with you Claus.  In my opinion Klar soap is supeior to MdC in every respect.

Never tried sandalwood but I love the classic scent. Mine is from 2014 and performs brilliantly. I'd be interested in hearing about the sandalwood scent.

Mustafa, your inbox is full so can't reply to your pm.

But here goes:

You ask me about whether I think Valobra or Klar is best. I often rank Valobra one place higher than Klar, but if you press me I actually think Klar is my favorite soap in my collection, and I enjoy all 3 scents from Klar.

I have never tried the Kabinett.

Valobra is top notch, on par with Czech & Speak, because they make it for C&S. But only Valobra triple milled is this great. The softer Menthol and Almond you get is very nice, but still a step down IMHO

Regarding scent, scent is so subjective, I find it impossible to advice what scent to get.

My fragrance collection is currently 500+ full bottles, so I know how much YMMV scents are.

Thanks Claus. Will go for klar :-)

Based on Nathan's and Claus recommendation I ordered Klar. I used the sop three times in a row and very impressed . Easy to leather , holds leather , perfect protection and slickness. I am a fan.

My only complain the tin size is small. However I used 24mm knot brush and it worked great .

Except for the scent there is no reformulation. Phil carried Klars, but their packaging kept self destructing in shipment. I have two pucks left and
would love to restock. The loss of the rose scented kabinett is a crime. I was able to try a tiny sample and it was discontinued.

Does anyone know where I can lay my hands on a Klar Kabinett. Have heard so much and trying to get my hands on one.

Read about Dusy and it looks like the ingredients are slightly different.

Thanks

The Dusy is only available in Europe. Anyone know a location in the US where this is available? Thanks

That would be awesome. I saw some site selling it for 12 Euros but shipping killed it.
