How do you compare the performance of these two soft soaps?

RR has many different formulas, they vary slightly.

[My opinion, please don't flame!]

Razorock is a great midrange soap. $10, very easy to find, lots of popular scent clones. It's the soap I'd suggest to someone just starting out.

Catie's Bubbles, on the other hand, is a bona fide American MdC. Superb quality, top 5 in my book.

This.
RR is a semi decent soap for guys starting out or on a budget.  Performance and scent are that of a budget soap.

Original Razorock XXX was quite good.  I have found each iteration to be less and less desirable from a performance perspective.  Somehow I have managed not to try Catie's Bubbles yet.  I'll get around to it one day though.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with this statement.  Catie's on the other hand, is an excellent performer...I just wish some of the scents didn't irritate my skin.

I have the original RR XXX, back from the day when they first introduced them. It is very good IMHO, never tried the newer versions so I can't comment.
I have quite a few RR soaps in the drawer and Caties Bubbles on the way so I'll be able to compare soon.

For overall value, nothing beats RR.

For overall quality, very few beats CB.

Similar experience here,

RazoRock is a great starter soap for the price but doesn't compare to Caties Bubbles for performance.

I've only tried RR XX and I wasn't that impressed. Very little scent and lather wasn't as good as my previous soap. I've not tried the Caties Bubbles though.

I much prefer RR argan oil formula to the Caties I've tried.
