I came across this on Facebook today. I thought it might interest some Aeropress users.

Very interesting, thanks. One thing I've read numerous times is that almost any method will make a great cup of coffee--EXCEPT for the instructions that come with the Aeropress.  Biggrin

I use the inverted method and steep for 2 to 2-1/2 minutes. I've found that having to add more hot water at the end to make a full 16-oz. cup makes it taste too diluted for me if I follow the short brew time recommended in their instructions.

Just got my Aeropress less than a week ago so the timing of this is great.

Love my aeropressaeropress but have been using my ninja lately because I can have it automatically brew. Was running late everydayesterday because I was trying to perfect my cup of coffee.
